We are looking for passionate and experienced chefs who bring the diversity and authenticity of Indian cuisine to our guests. With a focus on catering and à-la-carte offerings, we want to delight our guests with first-class Indian specialties.

Your profile:

• Many years of experience: Proven professional experience as a chef in India and solid knowledge of traditional Indian cuisine.
• Culinary expertise: Mastery of various regional Indian cooking styles and their preparation techniques.
• Catering experience: You are familiar with preparing food for larger events and demanding guests.
• À-la-carte creativity: You know how to create individual dishes at the highest level.
• Teamwork: Collaboration with colleagues in an international environment.
• Passion for culinary arts: Attention to detail and enthusiasm for authentic flavors.

Your tasks:

• Preparation of authentic Indian dishes for catering and à-la-carte service.
• Ensuring the highest quality and presentation of the dishes.
• Development of new menu ideas and creations to expand our offerings.
• Compliance with hygiene and safety standards according to legal requirements.
• Training and supporting the kitchen team regarding Indian cooking techniques.
