Über unsThe foundation operates 20 approved workplaces for people with mental disabilities from the Health, Social and Integration Directorate of the Canton of Bern (GSI). The Helsenberg workshops offer suitable employment opportunities to provide people with activities adapted to their disability and corresponding to their abilities. Employment positions can be located in company-owned areas, in work areas of the Michel Group companies, or in other companies in the region.<br><br>
Your tasks
• You lead the "Internal Workplaces" offer and accompany and support clients in their work assignments in companies of the Michel Group.<div>• You maintain contact and support supervisors at the workplace in cooperation with clients.</div><div>• You keep electronic client documentation and develop focus plans.</div><div>• You gladly take on administrative tasks.</div><div><br></div>

• You have completed vocational training and additional training or further education in work pedagogy or social pedagogy.<div>• You have professional experience in dealing with and supporting people with mental disabilities.</div><div>• You master the German language and have good PC user skills.</div><div>• You appreciate interdisciplinary collaboration.</div><div>• You are resilient, communicative, independent, flexible, a team player, and have a sense of humor.</div><div><br></div>
