We are looking for a
Marketing Proposal Specialist 100% (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
- As a Marketing Proposal Specialist, you are part of our sales team, actively involved in RFP processes, and contribute significantly to the successful completion of our sales projects with comprehensive offers and proposal concepts
- From the independent analysis of tender documents and briefing the sales manager, you derive customer wishes and specifications to develop tailored offers that combine our company competencies with the specific needs of our customers
- You skillfully combine text and image in InDesign, ensuring compliance with our corporate design and tone of voice, coordinate external agencies, and always keep deadlines in mind
- You compile texts for offers from existing templates, independently research new topics, and develop additional content in coordination with the relevant departments that are precisely tailored to the needs of our potential customers and decision-makers at the C-level
- You skillfully use storytelling techniques to prepare complex content in an understandable way and clearly communicate the customer benefits
- You also develop templates and documentation that serve as valuable working tools for the sales team and support administrative tasks
Your profile
- Commercial or equivalent education, degree at bachelor level or higher training in sales, marketing, communication, business administration, or hotel management school is an advantage
- Experience in content management in marketing or sales back office and a pronounced customer- and market-oriented mindset
- Contact points with the gastronomy sector and experience in marketing services
- Your writing style is concise and inspiring, your design and organizational skills are pronounced
- You feel comfortable in a dynamic environment and keep a cool head even in intense project phases
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially PowerPoint), knowledge of Adobe InDesign, and experience using AI tools for efficient content creation are advantageous
- German is your native language, and you also have very good English skills; French skills are an advantage
