Health Care Specialist EFZ (Workload by Arrangement) Do you enjoy working independently, are interested in the environment at the client’s home, and like being outdoors? We are a modern organization with around 80 employees and support the residents of the municipalities of Stettlen, Vechigen, and Worb in the areas of nursing, psychiatric nursing, housekeeping, and complementary services. We are proud to be a training company for nursing professionals HF, FaGe EFZ/FaGe E, and AGS. Your main tasks:
- Independently managing needs-oriented, appropriate, and professional care and support including medical-technical procedures at home, involving the social environment
- Co-responsibility for care situations and documenting the care process
- Supporting efficient collaboration of all persons and institutions involved in care and support
- Completed apprenticeship as FaGe EFZ / Fa SRK or equivalent
- Professional experience
- Empathy and an appreciative attitude
- Networked, responsible thinking and acting
- Driver’s license, own vehicle (compensated) is an advantage
