• High-quality customer advice for telephone and written inquiries as well as sales activities
• General clerical tasks
• Efficient order processing from offer to delivery
• Independent handling of complaints, returns, and grievances including credit note creation
• Partial reception support

• You have completed vocational training (preferably with a pharmaceutical background) e.g. as a druggist, pharmaceutical assistant, FaGe, MPA, or commercial clerk with a scientific interest.
• You are proficient in PC work and master Microsoft programs (Word, Excel).
• You are an organizational talent, work independently, structured, and have a quality-conscious working style.
• You communicate confidently in German and French (Italian is an advantage).
• You have the ability to keep an overview and the necessary calm even in hectic situations and with a high workload.
