From January, limited until the end of 2026, we are looking for YOU as a digitally affine working student in the Omnichannel area. Dive into the world of Omnichannel at Ochsner Sport and help shape the digital future in retail with us. Exciting projects, innovative tools, and a dynamic environment await you!Area of responsibility:
  • Primary contact point for our stores in all Omnichannel applications
  • Responsibility for monitoring and optimizing the AI-based online chat
  • Participation in the introduction and training of the new Zebra devices
  • Active support in exciting Omnichannel projects
  • Testing and support of releases of our internal smartphone app for the stores
  • Quality assurance for new versions of the self-service touchscreen app
Our requirements:
  • You are currently enrolled in a degree program, preferably in business administration
  • Initial commercial work experience is an advantage; if you have already been involved in projects in the e-commerce sector, that would be a plus
  • You have an affinity for digital innovations and new media
  • You have good MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Fluent German skills, ideally complemented by business fluent French and/or English skills
  • Your daily work is supported by your analytical, networked, and goal-oriented thinking; you like to work independently and with high initiative
  • You enjoy working in a team, are service-oriented, and place great value on high service quality
