About the job
You work 100% in Zug or partially remote, with the willingness to work at other locations in Switzerland if needed
This position offers you
- You bring creative visions to life and design, plan, and implement impressive shop-in-shop projects throughout Switzerland – always with the goal of creating unforgettable experiences
- You work hand in hand with our V-ZUG sales team and specialist retail partners to develop customized solutions
- You create precise detailed concepts in 2D and 3D, including floor plans and assembly plans with Vectorworks CAD
- You take responsibility for coordinating and ordering with internal and external suppliers and ensure a smooth process with preparation and checklists
- You coordinate personnel planning with your team leader and ensure that all resources work efficiently together
- When it matters, you are ready to support the team directly during implementation and get everything rolling on site
You bring the following to the position
- You have completed training as a draftsman/draftswoman, planner in the field of architecture, interior architecture, interior decoration, or interior design – or a craft training with further education in CAD, e.g., as a carpenter
- You have professional experience in shop, trade fair, or interior design – ideally, you have already worked on projects that required creative and functional design solutions
- You have solid experience with Vectorworks and handle CAD programs confidently and efficiently
- You are familiar with Office 365 and work routinely with the common applications
- With your spatial imagination and your creative, design-affine personality, you bring innovative ideas to every project
- You are a true organizational talent and always keep an overview – with your independent, structured, and goal-oriented way of working, you tackle every challenge
- You hold a category B driving license to be able to work flexibly at different locations
- You are fluent in German and thus ensure clear and effective communication. English skills are an advantage to communicate effectively in an international environment
