Do you want to bring fresh wind to an established consulting firm and give it a new face externally? Then you are exactly right with us. We are looking for someone with ideas, who takes initiative and wants to build something with us, starting October 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
WHAT YOU WILL MOVE WITH US:
Marketing (approx. 70%) – You actively shape our appearance. Creative, digital and hands-on:
- You independently plan and implement our marketing activities
- You take our website and social media (especially LinkedIn) to a new level
- You create content: texts, presentations, simple graphics or sometimes a video
- You organize events that are memorable
- You support PR topics such as brochures, mailings or specialist articles
- You ensure that we appear consistently and professionally everywhere
Office Management (approx. 30%) – Together with the colleagues from office management, you keep our daily routine running and are an important hub in the team:
- You coordinate appointments and prepare meetings
- You are the first point of contact for calls, emails and guests
- You take care of office organization, mail and materials
- You support other administrative tasks
THIS IS HOW YOU SUCCEED:
- Training in marketing/communication or commercial training with experience and/or further education in marketing
- Enjoyment of digital tools, social media and content creation
- Organizational talent and an independent way of working
- Flexibility and openness to pitch in with office management
