We have over 20 locations with state-of-the-art facilities in the market regions of Northwest, Bernese Oberland, and Arc Lémanique and are firmly rooted regionally. • Dispatching own and external vehicles for gravel, concrete, and skip transports
• Receiving telephone orders in the operational area of the Bernese Oberland region
• Planning the deployment of drivers and pump operators
• Co-responsible for on-site material management
• Supporting customers on-site and at construction sites
• Organizing breakdowns and minor repairs during daily operations
• Assisting with delivery note follow-up or invoicing
• Helping with administrative tasks in logistics
• Substitution at other Vigier Concrete locations possible

• Strong interest in the transport, construction, and construction-related industries, ideally with professional experience as a dispatcher
• Organizational talent with communication skills
• Digital affinity, knowledge of the industry solution A3 is an advantage
• Flexible, team-oriented, and independent personality with an entrepreneurial mindset
