These are your tasks
- Responsibility for the entire care process and care quality
- Implementation of care measures with a focus on safety and well-being
- Ensuring care documentation and compliance with guidelines
- Providing care in complex situations
- Function as a contact person for medical professionals, residents, and relatives
- Participation in the training of apprentices according to own competencies
