Your contribution to our team
You lead consulting projects and client research on climate, environmental, and resource economic issues in interdisciplinary teams. You are motivated to analyze the impact and economic effects of measures in environmental, energy, climate, and resource policy and to contribute to evidence-based policy. You maintain and expand our models and methodological knowledge, coordinate our thematic activities, build collaborations, and promote internal networking with many EBP experts. You enjoy taking responsibility, are in direct contact with clients, and appreciate working in small, agile project teams.
Your competencies
- University Master's degree, ideally in economics, political science, or social sciences
- Several years of professional experience in a consulting role on topics in environmental, climate, and resource economics; established own areas of focus or expertise is an advantage
- Experience in acquisition and an existing professional network in Switzerland
- Several years of experience in independent project management regarding quality, costs, and deadlines
- Knowledge and project experience in quantitative methods
- Knowledge of evaluation instruments (RFA, VOBU) is an advantage
- Enjoyment in coordinating and further developing our services together with clients and partners
- Enjoyment in interdisciplinary work with EBP specialists from different subject areas at the interface to sustainability
- Team-oriented, open, and creatively thinking personality with pronounced initiative
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, communicative agility
- Fluent in German, good oral and written expression in English; knowledge of French is an advantage
