We are looking for Morges Hospital a :
Inter-site Medical Centers Manager at 80% to 100%
To strengthen our Other service, not on the list, from 03/01/2026

YOU HAVE
- Proven experience in managing medical offices.
- Excellent knowledge of medical assistant activities, required.
- Excellent pedagogical, organizational, and analytical skills.
- A degree in management or management of health or social institutions, an asset.
- Undisputed leadership and the ability to unite and support teams in the evolution of their profession.
- A strong client and solution orientation.
- The ability to communicate constructively and appropriately.
- Flexibility and excellent organizational and planning skills.
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Directly reporting to the director of community care and in partnership with site managers, contribute to the deployment and implementation of the department's strategy.
- Organize, plan, and manage the activities of several of our medical centers by mobilizing, developing, and optimizing the available human and material resources.
- Ensure mentoring of the responsible and reference medical assistants of the centers and support them in their proximity management activities. Value and develop skills.
- Ensure follow-up of recruitments and training and monitor the development of care practices.
- Guarantee a high level of performance in the operation of the centers: define, implement, and monitor the quality of processes, services, and operating rules.
- Ensure the proper circulation and accessibility of useful information to doctors.
- Collaborate closely on departmental and institutional projects.
