Operational Excellence (OPEX) supports industry partners, particularly from the pharmaceutical industry, on their journey to continuous improvement.

Your tasks
- The conceptual development and operational implementation of models, methods, and solutions
- Collection, preparation, and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data with subsequent meaningful presentation
- Preparation and moderation of workshops and presentations at high management levels
- Transfer of research content into practice within the framework of self-responsible projects
- Supportive activities in teaching

Your profile
Professionally
- Completed university degree in (business) engineering or business administration with a grade point average of at least 5.0 (equivalent to 2.0 in DE and AT)
- Prior knowledge and demonstrable interest in the topics of our area
- Ideally, first consulting, industry, and project management experience
- Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken, as well as a good command of common MS Office programs
- Optional: Basic knowledge of or willingness to learn R or Python

- High level of motivation and teamwork ability, an independent, results-oriented working style, initiative, willingness to perform, and enjoyment of work
- Confident and reliable demeanor in dealing with project partners
- Willingness to travel
