Agogic Employee (Workshop Department)

We are committed to enabling people with disabilities to live self-determined lives and engage in meaningful, qualified work.
For our Workshop Department, we are looking for an Agogic Employee as of 01.03.2026 or by arrangement (workload 50% - 80%)
Your tasks:
• Professional and participation-oriented support: Together with your team, you design individual work and participation opportunities for people with physical disabilities in our workshops (flea market, room, and nature workshop).
• Diverse tasks await you:
The Flea Market Workshop: You promote activities such as processing and sorting second-hand goods for internal flea markets. You support people with physical disabilities in developing small craft projects.
The Room Workshop: You assist people with physical disabilities in fulfilling customer orders for repairs, upholstery, and furniture upcycling. Seasonal decorations for the WBZ Piazza shop are created here.
The Nature Workshop: You accompany tasks such as planning, sowing, harvesting, decorating, and selling garden and decorative products.
• General, administration: Planning, leading, and actively participating in meetings, as well as taking minutes. Documentation according to guidelines, conducting employee interviews and setting goals. Participation planning and absence management.
• Teamwork and further development: Together with your colleagues, you work creatively, team- and solution-oriented on the further development of the area of responsibility. You implement the existing concept "Workshop/Flea Market, Room & Nature".
Your profile:
• Professional competence: You have a basic craft training, possess solid knowledge in the field of work pedagogy or a comparable qualification. You have experience in supporting people with physical and/or multiple disabilities and enjoy gardening work.
• Agogic mission: Plan, prepare, and carry out appropriate, changing offers content-wise. Consider, include, and strengthen personal, special resources. Set up workplaces and provide meaningful work aids.
• Documentation competence: As a regular computer user, you are familiar with documenting agogic services and have the ability to design adapted daily structures.
• Enjoyment of second-hand goods: Interest in handling second-hand items as well as organizing and conducting flea markets.
• Personal qualities: You are an active, reflective, and resilient personality, work solution- and team-oriented, and bring patience and flexibility. You are interested in gradually further developing the area of responsibility and introducing new approaches.
