Syntes AG (“Syntes”) is seeking to add an:
In this versatile position, you will support our team in the smooth day-to-day running of the office, ensuring that colleagues and clients have what they need to work at their best.
Key Responsibilities
- General administration and document management across various systems
- Organising team events, internal meetings, and logistics
- Managing office supplies, equipment, and service contracts
- Coordinating IT assets and workstation setups (devices, and liaising with external IT support)
- Maintaining internal calendars and lists
- Supporting travel and accommodation arrangements
- Support HR functions such as onboarding, time tracking, and employee records.
- Maintain office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Managing the physical archive, including check-in/out procedures
- Providing holiday cover within the team
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent education and relevant work experience
- Enjoy working on multiple tasks at once, prioritising effectively
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and integrity
- Excellent communication skills in English and German
- A positive, proactive, solution-oriented mindset with flexibility and resilience
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international setting
- Solid skills in MS Office and general IT tools
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative
- Willingness to work regularly on-site in Vaduz
