Project Manager, IT and Meal Management

Your mission – A strategic role with high impact
As a driver of innovation, you independently take charge of managing and implementing ambitious projects in the fields of catering, hospitality, and IT. You lead innovative processes, optimize existing systems, and successfully deploy modern software solutions.
- Project Management: You plan, develop, and independently execute strategic projects related to catering and hospitality, ensuring efficiency, quality, and resource optimization.
- Digital Transformation & IT: As a technology visionary, you identify, evaluate, and implement innovative IT solutions to sustainably simplify operations. You serve as a key interface between the IT department, internal departments, and external partners.
- Meal Management: You supervise, train, and coordinate the meal management team and ensure the proper functioning of the IT system across four sites. You ensure accurate data entry and support internal and external clients regarding questions, workflows, and food services. Your communication fosters smooth collaboration between nursing staff, dietitians, hospitality assistants, and kitchens.
Your profile – Expertise and leadership
- Academic background: Holder of a Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in project management, IT, hospitality, or a related field, complemented by practical training.
- Experience: You have solid experience in project management, process analysis, and digitalization in the collective catering sector. Proficiency in software such as LogiMen is a major asset.
- Languages: You are fluent in French and have excellent knowledge of German (or vice versa).
- Behavioral skills: Resilience, rigor, flexibility, and autonomy characterize you. You are a true team player with a keen sense of organization and method.
