Your contribution to our team
You have solid experience in electrical wholesale and want to take responsibility for the strategic expansion of a future-oriented key account segment? Then we offer you the opportunity to actively shape the further development of our company in a key position.
As Head of Key Account Management, you bear overall responsibility for building and sustainably developing our key account area. You develop and implement targeted sales and marketing measures, strengthen existing customer relationships, and systematically open up new market potentials. With your leadership skills, you take on the disciplinary management of our key account team and promote its continuous development.
You combine entrepreneurial thinking with an electrotechnical background, act in a structured, goal-oriented manner, and with high personal responsibility. Through your market knowledge in electrical wholesale, you recognize opportunities early and set impulses for sustainable growth.
Your profile
- Completed training in the electrotechnical field (e.g., electrician, automation technician, industrial electrician)
- Business management training
- Several years of experience in customer support, e.g., in field service or key account area
- Leadership experience with good interpersonal skills and strong teamwork ability
- Sales-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking with good negotiation skills
- Independent and orderly working style with good organizational skills
- You are proficient in common MS Office programs
- Fluent German in spoken and written form
- Additional national languages (French or Italian) as well as good English skills are a great advantage.
