Associate Consultant Business Succession

What to expect with us

• You will work closely with experienced consultants and primarily accompany family-internal succession arrangements and business transfers to employees from A to Z.
• Occasionally, you will actively participate in external company sales (M&A).
• You will support your colleagues in preparing business valuations and succession concepts, deal structuring, buyer search and negotiations, as well as financing clarifications, tax rulings, and contracts.
• You will show business owners how to best prepare themselves and their company financially for succession. In particular, you will highlight tax optimisation potential (e.g. salary-dividend ratio, change of legal form, dividend receipt/financial planning, and pension fund).
• You will accompany our consultants in client meetings, prepare these professionally, and process the results.

What you bring

• Enthusiasm for the world of SMEs
• Completed studies (or close to completion) or comparable education/training
• Initial professional experience in fiduciary services, finance, pensions, accounting, or controlling
• Analytical thinking and the ability to present complex contexts clearly
• Good communication skills and enjoyment in contact with all stakeholders
