Operational Area Management (80-100%)
This is your field of activity
- You take over the operational, personnel and professional management of an area with several teams and ensure the smooth running of outpatient services
- You promote, lead and develop team leaders and employees and create an appreciative, professional working environment
- You ensure the quality of care as well as compliance with legal requirements, standards and processes and actively drive quality and process optimizations
- You are responsible for resource management, duty planning as well as the implementation of economic and organizational goals
- You maintain constructive cooperation with internal and external partners such as doctors, hospitals, insurers and authorities
- You actively contribute to the further development of Spitex Bern and strategic projects of the management

This is how you convince us
- Diploma in nursing HF/FH or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in Spitex or healthcare.
- Experience in personnel management, change processes as well as in the implementation of professional care standards
- Further training in leadership, management or quality management is an advantage
- High social competence, strong communication skills and a cooperative leadership style
- Strong organizational and planning skills as well as a resilient, solution-oriented working method
- IT affinity and ideally knowledge of Perigon or similar industry software
