Your Tasks
You care for postpartum women, newborns, gynecological patients, but also general surgical patients and occasionally prenatal patients together with your trainees and students.
As a vocational trainer, you work with trainees (FaGe and MPA) and students (Nursing HF and FH) and jointly ensure patient-oriented and professional care. You are responsible for planning, designing, documenting, and evaluating the entire learning process of the trainees/students and participate as an expert in the training completions. You conduct educational zones with the trainees/students and enable them for everyday professional nursing. You offer advice and support to qualified nursing professionals on training issues and introduce new employees to the daily supervision of trainees/students. In your role, you work closely with the vocational training department. In the department, you share responsibility with the ward management and specialists for the organization and further development of the department.
Your Profile
You have completed training as a qualified nurse (HF/FH) with at least two years of professional experience. If you can demonstrate pedagogical further training or are willing to complete it, then you are exactly right with us. Ideally, you have already gained experience as a daily supervisor. A proven high level of professional competence in nursing, teamwork skills, as well as good oral and written communication skills are required. You are committed to the nursing profession and aware of your role model function. Your interaction with trainees/students is understanding, cooperative, and goal-oriented. You are motivated to promote and support the trainees/students in achieving their action competencies. You are characterized by good organizational skills, high social and self-competence, and are proficient in handling common Office applications.
