Your new challenge:

To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately for a reliable and committed team leader with the potential to take on the deputy role of the operations manager.

Your area of responsibility

Professional execution of special cleaning tasks
Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
Coordination and leadership of a team
Planning and organization of workflows on site
Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
Communication with customers and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Control and maintenance of cleaning equipment and materials
Documentation and reporting of cleaning tasks performed

Your qualifications and skills

Training as a building cleaner EFZ or similar
Several years of experience in special cleaning
Not afraid of heights, reliable, resilient, and a team player
Independent and careful working style
German language skills B2
Driver's license category B, category BE advantageous
IPAF and PSAgA certificate advantageous
Friendly, well-groomed, and customer-oriented appearance
