Your area of responsibility

Scanning and recording supplier reminders

Accounts payable invoice verification and coding

Accounts payable payments according to payment proposal list

Management of open items

Booking and payment of expenses

Reconciliation of accounts payable sub-ledger and general ledger

Maintenance of accounts payable master data

Archiving of incoming invoices

Your profile

Commercial basic training and already several years of professional experience in a similar function desired

Understands connections and processes in the finance area

Good user knowledge of the entire MS Office suite

Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of French and/or English

Experienced in communication with external and internal stakeholders

Independent, precise, and reliable working style

Team-oriented, motivated, and positively minded personality with a flair for numbers
