Your Tasks
- Central responsibility for professional topics in the project for the tendering of the new case management system
- Support of the heads of main departments in planning and implementing strategic and operational topics as well as in preparing management indicators and decision-making bases
- Active participation in the further development of the main departments and updating of professional foundations, process descriptions, and guidelines
- Leadership and co-design of demanding projects and working groups and participation in the development of specialist concepts
- Design, organization, and execution of meetings and workshops
Your Profile
- University or university of applied sciences degree in social work, social sciences, or political science
- Expertise in personal and economic assistance as well as in asylum social assistance
- Sound knowledge in project and process management, especially in the area of digitalization
- Experience in a staff or controlling function is an advantage
- Confident in writing texts, skilled in interface work, and experienced in handling IT applications
- High social competence, personal responsibility, resilience, and networked thinking
