- First point of contact for interested parties, relatives, and referrers; ensuring a positive first contact and competent information about our offers
- Resident administration for the WiA Foundation: contract creation upon admission as well as maintenance of master data and changes
- Management of admission registrations and coordination of the next steps
- Organization of bed disposition in close cooperation with the care & support management; competent assessment of care effort based on medical certificates and referral calls
- Participation in accounts receivable management as well as processing of rejections from health insurers
- Support of the customer service management in administrative matters, financial case management, and process development
- Close cooperation with the reception team and support as needed
This convinces you!
- Completed commercial basic training (EFZ) or comparable training with professional experience in a similar function – ideally in health or social services
- Additional training in the care sector (e.g., Health Specialist EFZ, Diploma Nurse HF, BSc Nursing FH). Knowledge of the RAI tariff system is an advantage
- Proficient use of IT systems and Microsoft 365
- Affinity for numbers, quick comprehension, as well as structured, efficient, and reliable working style
- Warm team player with open communication, initiative, and high service orientation
- Discretion, flexibility, and enjoyment in contact with people
