Your Main Tasks
- Responsible for planning and conducting room inspections (medical rooms) as well as their documentation and procedural further development
- As the main person responsible in the employee pool, you ensure the triage of TEC tickets and inquiries and initiate procedural improvements regarding customer satisfaction and efficiency
- Supports the Department of Technology and Infrastructure in construction projects (existing and complete renewal MITTE 1|2) with a focus on commissioning, interface SIA Phase 5 to SIA Phase 6
- You further develop topics in the area of digital transformation, especially plant and object documentation as well as process management
- You act as a specialist for data management in the Department of Technology and Infrastructure and actively support the specialist groups in these topics
- Planning and implementation of further demanding improvement/development projects (matrix organization), including as an interface partner to the specialist workshops until successful operational commissioning (focus on technology, processes, and tools)
Your Profile
- Completed technical basic training as well as further education at tertiary level in the field of technology, project management, or digitization is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in technology, construction/project, and/or process management in more complex organizations
- Has extensive knowledge of IT systems such as MS Office, CAFM software, and building management systems
- Very good knowledge of core processes in hospital care as well as maintenance
- Committed, conceptually and solution-oriented thinking personality with joy in coordinating various stakeholders
- Strong communication skills as well as high social competence, leadership experience is an advantage
