About the job
A cantonal public law institution, the CNP is tasked with leading the health policy of the canton of Neuchâtel in the field of mental health, in collaboration with partner institutions. The CNP aims to rehabilitate patients suffering from mental disorders by adopting an integrated and community psychiatry model; it implements public policies for the promotion and prevention of mental health; it acts as a reference centre in the field of professional training and research in psychiatry.
The General Management is looking for a:
Content Creator
50% - Fixed-term contract (CDMax) of 12 months
You contribute to the production and dissemination of the CNP’s institutional content, particularly to highlight its activities, teams and projects. You participate in implementing the CNP’s editorial line across its various channels and contribute to awareness-raising actions on mental health issues. You work flexibly according to the priorities of the Communication Office.
As part of your role, you will be expected to:
- Write and produce content for the various internal and external communication channels of the CNP: printed materials, web, intranet, social media, etc.
- In coordination with the team, operationally manage the institutional social media accounts: planning, writing, publishing, monitoring and following up on content.
- Contribute to the preparation and promotion of institutional events.
- Create light audiovisual content: routine photos and, depending on skills, video clips or short edits.
- Adapt simple visuals from existing templates.
The main required skills are as follows:
- Federal VET Diploma or training in communication, media, multimedia or equivalent field.
- First professional experience or successful internship in the field.
- Excellent writing skills in French, with very good command of spelling and syntax.
- Ability to summarise and simplify, notably to transform specialised subjects into clear and accessible content.
- Good command of social media, especially LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
- Interest in raising awareness of mental health issues.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to gather information from a variety of interlocutors.
- Rigour, organisational skills, autonomy within the defined framework and team spirit.
