• Responsibility for the implementation of professional care within the framework of the nursing process and primary nursing.
• Interprofessional collaboration for the best possible, individual implementation of the care and therapy concept.
• Documentation and performance recording of the nursing process.
• Individual relationship building with patients and relatives from various cultural backgrounds.
• Continuous improvement of care quality through active participation in improvement processes.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Management and implementation of the nursing process within the framework of primary nursing
• Cooperative collaboration and competent delegation to nursing assistants
• Willingness to work night shifts
• Participation in interprofessional and team meetings
• Ensuring patient safety and compliance with quality and hygiene standards
• Economical and careful use of operating resources
• Supervision and training of trainees and new employees
• Medication management according to medical prescription

• Qualification as a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH
• Empathy, role distance, and trustworthiness
• Positive attitude towards working with people with neurological impairments of all ages
• Professional interaction with external partners and clients
• Interest in working in an interdisciplinary team
• Willingness for continuous further education
• Flexibility, initiative, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to handle criticism and conflict
• Good German and/or English skills, additional languages are an advantage
