Team Leader Logistician (m/f/d) 100%

Technical and personnel management of a team of 10-15 logistics employees

Ensuring smooth daily operations and optimal communication flow

Responsibility for personnel and deployment planning

Promotion and development of employees including performance and annual reviews

Coordination of operational tasks and active participation in daily business

Close cooperation with other departments and promotion of cross-departmental collaboration

Participation in projects to optimize, automate, and further develop logistics processes

Perspective: Opportunity to develop into the role of Deputy Head of Logistics if suitable

Completed basic training (preferably Logistician EFZ)

At least 5 years of professional experience in logistics and 3 years of qualified leadership experience

Completed leadership training or willingness to complete one

Empathetic and agile leadership personality with enthusiasm for employee development

Process understanding, business management thinking, and networked working style

High resilience, flexibility, and teamwork skills

Solution-oriented, independent, and careful working style

Good MS Office skills, ideally experience with MS Dynamics NAV

You have good English skills and are willing to use them in everyday professional life.
