Technical Concierge (M/F) Variable rate between 50% & 80%

• Complete cleaning of buildings: Maintenance of common areas and rental spaces (entrances, toilets, elevators, etc.).

• Waste management: Organization of container entries and exits.

• Fire detection management: Handling fire alarms, deactivating detectors, and coordinating evacuations if necessary.

• Technical maintenance follow-up: Ensure the monitoring and coordination of building maintenance operations.

• Small concierge tasks:
• Opening and closing doors.
• Accompanying service companies.
• Unclogging toilets.
• Small moves and handling.
• Replacing light bulbs and other routine interventions.

• Flexibility in terms of working hours and workload
• Proven experience in concierge services and building cleaning.
• Technical knowledge of buildings and maintenance systems.
• Experience in specialized cleaning (windows, scrubber dryer, ceiling cleaning, carpets, etc.).
• Perfect command of French: read, spoken, and written.
• Organized, punctual, and available person.
