Your Tasks

• Ensuring the correct and timely submission of regulatory reports
• Maintaining the integrity of financial data, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring high-quality reporting standards
• Monitoring and assessing changes in financial regulations regarding reporting obligations and business operations
• Improving reporting efficiency through the implementation of automation tools and optimization of data workflows
• Close collaboration with internal and external parties to ensure reporting according to current legal requirements
• Supporting internal and external audits by ensuring documentation accuracy and maintaining strict internal controls

Your Profile

• Completed studies in banking, finance, business administration, or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in a similar role in the financial services sector is an advantage
• Independent, communicative, and team-oriented personality
• Analytical thinking, regulatory expertise, and a pronounced attention to detail
• Good knowledge of FIRE is an advantage
• Very good German and English skills (level B2/C1)

Your first six months with us

You will be gradually familiarized with the regulatory requirements, internal processes, and relevant IT systems. You will work closely with experienced colleagues, and there will be plenty of room for questions and professional development.
