Design and implementation of digitalization initiatives in banking
Responsibility for results and quality in customer projects as well as coaching and promoting younger colleagues
Active contribution to knowledge exchange and team development
Expansion of your network and identification of new business opportunities
Independently driving and positioning topics in the market

This job is for you if

You want to apply and further develop your expertise in a dynamic environment:

Completed university degree in (business) informatics or comparable
3–10 years of experience in projects at the interface of banking & IT
Practical experience with project management methods, software engineering, requirements engineering and IT architectures
Strong analytical skills combined with a hands-on mentality and resilience
Very good communication skills in German and English as well as willingness to travel within Switzerland
