Your Tasks
- You lead employees both professionally and personally.
- You contribute ideas to make our accounting processes more efficient, digital, and future-proof.
- You ensure that our services are invoiced promptly and correctly.
- You take responsibility for monthly, annual, and consolidated financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER and OR.
- You plan our liquidity proactively and ensure that financial obligations can be met on time.
- You maintain and further develop checklists, work instructions, processes, and internal control system requirements.
- You ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, especially in the area of value-added tax (group taxation).
- You prepare ad-hoc analyses and financial reports.
- You support the CFO and take on professional topics.
Your Profile
For this versatile leadership role, we are looking for a person who combines professional confidence, leadership strength, and a service-oriented attitude.
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and advanced training in accounting or fiduciary services.
- You bring several years of experience in accounting or fiduciary services.
- You have solid Abacus knowledge, especially in the FI, KRED, DEBI, and asset modules.
- You work confidently with MS Office, especially Excel and pivot tables.
- You communicate confidently in German – both spoken and written.
- You impress with good manners and strong teamwork skills.
- You work independently, show initiative, and think in a networked way.
- You are resilient, flexible, and work efficiently and goal-oriented.
- You are discreet, confidential, and loyal.
- You think in a service- and customer-oriented manner.
- You bring understanding and empathy for older people.
