Senior Consultant

OWT is a strategy and technology consulting company, a subsidiary of Swisscom. We help our clients leverage new technologies to reshape their business, invent new products, or transform their organization.

Your missions:

• You support our clients in their digital transformation, from defining the clients' digital strategy to deployment, including business process redesign, design, and development of custom solutions.
• You lead the implementation of complex digital projects, coordinating internal and external teams (developers, designers, business analysts, partners).
• You implement the different stages of the project, respecting deadlines and budget.
• You promote innovation within our company as well as with and at our clients.

Your qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a strategy and digital project management consultant.
• Holder of a Master’s degree from one of the major European universities (EPFL, ETH, HEC, etc.), preferably in computer science, business, or a scientific or technical field.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, enabling you to work with diverse stakeholders (from C-level to operational contacts).
• Knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, strengthened by certifications, is a real asset.
• Agile, Scrum, Safe, or HERMES certifications are a major advantage.
• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken, at C1 level. German is an asset.
• A passion for information systems, innovation, and new technologies.
