Your main tasks

• Ensuring holistic and individual care and support of surgical patients after major procedures. With your expertise, you contribute to the quality of care and are jointly responsible for the smooth running of the ward.
• Conducting information, instruction, and counseling discussions with patients
• Working with the PDMS and M-KIS systems (electronic patient documentation system)
• Supporting cooperative and loyal collaboration within the team, with interdisciplinary services, and with other areas

Your profile

• Training as a nurse HF with NDS intensive care/anesthesia or additional IMC training
• Several years of professional experience
• Committed and team-oriented personality, willingness to work in interdisciplinary collaboration
• High professional, methodological, and social competence
• Strong quality and service awareness
• Independence, flexibility, commitment, sense of responsibility, and resilience
• Good organizational skills and team spirit
• Native German speaker, French skills and other languages are an advantage
