Responsibilities :
- Promote the restaurant's products and menu to our clientele
- Welcome, advise and retain customers
- Manage and lead the team working in your section
- Prepare the dining room by applying established standards
- Manage the assistants and student interns and pass on your knowledge to them
Profile and experience :
- Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) as a restaurant specialist or similar training
- BEP/CAP/BTS/BAC PRO in hospitality and catering
- Experience in "Michelin-starred" restaurants is essential
- Your passion for service makes you a true enthusiast of your profession and your priority is to provide a unique and singular customer experience
- Mastery of table sectioning is an asset for this position
- You enjoy passing on knowledge and training the talents of tomorrow
- You have an eco-responsible awareness
- You have good product knowledge
- With excellent presentation, you are characterized by your adaptability
- You play as a team, you enjoy working with the bar and kitchen teams for smooth service
- Ambitious and dynamic, you want to help the Maison progress to achieve set ambitions
- Fluency in English is essential (as well as French. Another language is an asset)
- You are an organized and rigorous person, able to work in a team, flexible and possessing a good sense of hospitality and customer service. You are open-minded, have excellent interpersonal skills, are a good communicator, have a diplomatic spirit as well as a good ability to manage your stress, possess great attention to detail and good initiative-taking
