Spitex Region Frauenfeld is a future-oriented, continuously growing nonprofit organization with around 120 employees and a respectful DU culture. With a public mandate, we provide outpatient care and support for people of all ages.
The Services area includes Administration/ICT, Finance and Reporting, as well as Human Resources. Competent and customer-oriented, we are an important contact and information point for our internal and external stakeholders and ensure smooth and efficient operations with our services.

Accounting and Administration Clerk
Your diverse and responsible tasks
- Independent management of accounts payable/accounts receivable including dunning
- Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements as well as assistance with audits
- Participation in controlling (reporting, evaluations, statistics)
- Client administration (registrations, master data maintenance, etc.) including clarifications with clients, health insurance companies, municipalities, and authorities
- Service recording and control as well as invoicing/billing
- General administrative tasks including reception and telephone service
- Support and guidance of commercial apprentices and interns
- Participation in projects to optimize and digitize accounting and administration
What you bring
- Completed commercial training (EFZ) or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable role, ideally in healthcare
- Proficient use of MS Office; Abacus knowledge desirable, Perigon an advantage
- Quick comprehension, initiative, and solution-oriented work
- Empathy, enjoyment in dealing with people, and a communicative personality
- Teamwork skills combined with an independent, structured way of working
