YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of the engineering team for requirements and evidence management, approval management, documentation, and RAM
• Support for other engineering areas
• Timely and cost-effective fulfillment of tasks
• Independent clarification of interfaces within the engineering area
• Promoting and developing employees
• Coordination with other locations regarding resource planning, processes, and knowledge exchange
• Participation in proposal projects

YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• Successfully completed technical university degree
• Several years of professional experience in the technical field
• Leadership experience is an advantage
• Preferably professional experience in approval management, A&N management, or project management, desirable experience in the railway sector
• High initiative, hands-on mentality, teamwork ability, analytical approach, and solution-oriented personality
• Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form
