The court staff work daily on behalf of those seeking justice for an independent and efficient judiciary, thereby making a valuable contribution to legal peace.
The Cantonal Court of St. Gallen is the highest cantonal appellate instance in civil and criminal matters. The staff of the General Secretariat of the Cantonal Court ensure the infrastructure for the operation of the St. Gallen courts as well as the conciliation authorities and support the judiciary with a variety of services.

IT Project Manager (m/f/d)

What to expect
- Management and coordination of IT projects in the area of courts, especially in connection with the implementation of the national digitization project Justitia 4.0
- Participation in cantonal IT projects, particularly in connection with the acquisition of new case management software
- Analysis and development of suitable IT solutions for internal court business processes
- Ensuring process quality through continuous process optimization
- Planning and conducting user training, deputy tasks within the IT department, and support in ensuring ongoing operations
What distinguishes you
- University degree (Uni/ETH/FH) in business informatics or business informatics HF or comparable education
- Training and experience in project management (including HERMES methodology experience)
- Experience in leading projects or subprojects
- Analytical ability to optimize operational applications
- Good conceptual skills as well as high social and communication competence
- Independent working style and enjoyment of collaboration with diverse stakeholders
