Your Tasks

• Overall responsibility for the medical, personnel and economic management of the Clinic for Vascular Surgery
• Further development of the service portfolio in vascular surgery and angiology
• Active participation in interdisciplinary care pathways with cardiology and radiology, digital processes and cross-location cooperation
• Ensuring high-quality, economically viable patient care
• Leadership, promotion and development of a multiprofessional team with professional and human competence
• Responsibility for quality management, training and education as well as patient satisfaction

Your Profile

• Specialist in vascular surgery with extensive surgical expertise and sound knowledge of endovascular techniques
• Several years of experience in a leadership position, ideally as chief physician
• High level of leadership strength, communication skills and business understanding
• Innovative spirit and willingness to actively shape modern processes, digital tools and interprofessional cooperation
