You are responsible for the technical and administrative management of various construction sites in the areas of new construction and renovation.
You take care of work preparation (AVOR), plan the required resources, supervise the construction process, and are responsible for billing and post-calculation.
You represent Büchi Bau towards clients, planners, and partners.
You have completed training in structural engineering and further education as a construction manager.
You have professional experience in managing construction projects.
You enjoy working independently.
You are resilient, responsible, and a team player.
You feel at home with IT technology. You master the MS Office suite as well as common industry software without any problems.
