Your Mission

As part of our Workplace & Service Desk Team, you are the first point of contact for over 800 employees and ensure that their technical concerns are resolved quickly and efficiently. With your commitment, you ensure that our teams can work smoothly and at the same time drive innovative solutions that improve our digital workplace.

Qualifications

What You Bring

• Passion for excellent support and the desire to help others
• Strong communication skills in German and English
• Problem-solving skills and an eye for detail
• Strategic and innovative thinking with a focus on the big picture
• Initiative and the ability to drive projects independently
• Experience in documenting technical processes and solutions
• Team player mentality with strong networking skills
• Solid technical knowledge in modern applications such as Google Workspace, Workspace ONE MDM, Okta, Slack, Notion, Miro, etc.

Recruitment Process 📆

For this position, you must already be resident in Switzerland and have a valid work permit or Swiss citizenship.

• Initial introductory interview with recruiter (30min)
• Interview with the hiring manager (60min)
• On-site interview with case study and the opportunity to meet the team (150min)
