Department:DSDCEntity:Information Technology Service of the Neuchâtel Entity (SIEN)Activities:As a developer designer, you are responsible for the analysis, design, development, and documentation of software components for projects carried out within SIEN. While ensuring the application of current standards and guidelines, you actively contribute to their continuous improvement. At the same time, you ensure the monitoring and availability of both the infrastructure (Debian 11, Octopus K8s) and technological watch. Reporting to the CRC-COM sector manager, you work closely with project managers, consultants, and collaborators. Finally, you represent SIEN to all internal and external stakeholders.Desired profile:Holder of a bachelor’s degree in computer science or an equivalent qualification, you have three to five years of experience in a developer designer role. You master TYP03, Drupal, LimeSurvey, Angular as well as SharePoint and also have a solid knowledge of web environments such as HTML, CSS, .Net C#, PHP, JavaScript, XML, and JSON. Mastery of PowerShell is also an important asset. You know how to mobilize your analytical and decision-making skills to handle complex situations. Stress-resistant, you prioritize your sense of service and client relationship, especially during level 2 and 3 support interventions.
