Your mission

- Advisory: You develop personal solutions for our customers by considering their individual needs, wishes, goals, and life situations. Furthermore, you ensure competent advice on residential financing issues as well as standardized investment and pension consultations.
- Development: Through active and continuous management of your personal customer portfolio, you recognize potentials and actively exploit them. By targeted acquisition of new customers, you further expand your customer portfolio.
- Appearance: You participate in market development measures such as contact campaigns, events, and other representative tasks.

Your background
- Experience: You bring in-depth experience in a customer advisory role in the financial services sector. You conduct advisory discussions on topics related to the path to homeownership with passion. You enjoy accompanying, promoting, and motivating people to achieve excellent performance.
- Education: You have completed banking training and ideally have completed relevant further education in banking or finance and obtained the SAQ certification.
- Communication: You communicate openly and honestly. You maintain respectful interactions and inspire others with positivity and commitment.
