About the job
- Operation, changeover, and monitoring of the production plants
- Execution of internal process controls
- Filling out plant-specific quality and verification documents
- Performing cleaning tasks on the plants, on the line, and in the surrounding area
- Fixing minor technical malfunctions on the plants
- Provision of packaging and consumable materials
- Responsibility for correct product labeling
- Communication and collaboration with upstream and downstream internal organizational units
- Supporting maintenance during revision work
- Day and 2-shift operation
- Completed vocational training (ideally as a plant operator EFZ,
- or in a technical profession)
- Experience in plant operation in the food industry
- Strong sense of order, cleanliness, and safety
- Willingness to work in day and 2-shift operation
- High flexibility regarding work assignments
- Native German speaker or very good skills in understanding as well as spoken and written (at least B1)
- Own vehicle available (mobile)
- Resilient, team-oriented personality
