Project Manager AV (80 - 100% workload)
Your Tasks
- Measurement, conception, and detailed planning of AV projects
- Coordination of timely and efficient project execution
- Qualitative preparation of execution documents
- Technical and qualitative responsibility for the flawless execution
- Financial responsibility (management and cost monitoring) within the projects
- Schedule and cost coordination with third-party trades (planners, architects, etc.)
- Management of commissioning and acceptance processes
- Technical consulting for clients, architects, and facility operators within the project
- Project-related leadership of technician teams
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training
- Tertiary degree (level B) in a technical or organizational field
- Several years of experience in planning and/or implementing projects in the field of building technology
- Good knowledge of current AV, IT, and control technology
- Good user knowledge of MS Office programs
- Very good language skills in German and English
