• You ensure a smooth service process & a warm guest care with your personal commitment
• You manage a service station with about 30 guests
• Breakfast, lunch & dinner service
• Active wine & beverage consulting including sales
• Knowledge of the current menu
• Mise en place activities
• Compliance with HACCP quality standards at your station
• All preparations and follow-ups, including office tasks

• Completed training in gastronomy/hotel industry
• Several years of experience as Chef de Rang in 4/5* hotels
• Wine knowledge required
• Enjoyment in dealing with people & love for the profession
• Team spirit with an open charisma & charming as well as courteous manner
• Well-groomed appearance
• Communication talent & confident demeanor
• Very good German & English skills
