In the electrical sector, the Eglin Group comprises 10 companies in the cantons of Aargau, Basel-Landschaft, and Zurich with activities in electrical installations, building automation, photovoltaic systems, e-mobility, telecommunications, video surveillance, and IT.
For our headquarters in Baden, we are looking for an HR specialist (m/f/d) immediately or by arrangement in an (80% to 100% position) to complement our HR team with two existing colleagues.
Support and consulting: With passion and dedication, you support and advise our managers and employees throughout the entire HR lifecycle.
Personnel administration: You are responsible for recording, maintaining, and checking employee master data in the payroll system and time tracking. You accompany the administrative process from entry to exit and are the contact person for our branches.
Payroll and social insurance: You are responsible for the entire payroll administration of about 300 employees. You handle the social insurance administration (AHV, EO, KTG, UVG, BVG, withholding tax, FAK, etc.) including notifications to accident and daily sickness allowance insurances. You ensure that the various year-end tasks are completed on time.
Training and further education: You have completed a vocational apprenticeship as well as further training as an HR specialist FA.
Expertise: You have several years of experience as an HR generalist and possess solid knowledge in payroll processing as well as Swiss social insurances.
Payroll systems: You are familiar with payroll tools (advantageous: SwissSalary, Dialogik) and handle digital systems confidently and efficiently.
Social skills: You are a committed personality with a hands-on mentality, organize yourself in a structured way, and enjoy working in a team. With your target-group-oriented communication and responsible working style, you convince in everyday work.
