As a Front Office Agent, you are often the first and last point of contact for our international guests. In this role, you combine genuine warmth with the precision of 5-star hospitality, making the stay with us an unforgettable experience.Your tasks:
- First impression: Warm check-in & check-out, professional rooming, and competent care of our guests throughout their entire stay.
- Service excellence: Active responsibility for a smooth front office daily routine according to the high standards of the „Leading Hotels of the World“ (LHW).
- Coordination: Receiving and processing reservations via Protel as well as reliable cash management.
- Communication: Confident handling of guest inquiries and complaint management with sensitivity.
Who you are
- Foundation: Completed hotel management training and (initial) professional experience at the front office of upscale hotels.
- Languages: You speak German and English fluently. Additional languages are a plus.
- IT skills: Confident use of Opera Cloud and MS Office.
- Personality: A well-groomed appearance, resilience, and genuine joy in service craftsmanship characterize you.
