Your Opportunity

Our consulting business offers a wide range of functional and cross-border services designed to provide clients with high-quality and trustworthy advice. We place a special focus on business transformation programs in the financial services industry.

We are currently looking for a motivated consultant (100%) to further strengthen our Financial Services Consulting – Risk & Actuarial team in Zurich. In the Financial Services Consulting - Risk & Actuarial area, the GRC team (Governance, Risk, Controls & Internal Audit) is part of a global network of risk management specialists working with the largest financial services companies in the world. We advise our clients with solutions for identifying, assessing, controlling, and monitoring non-financial risks.

Specific topics include IT risks, information security, business continuity management (BCM), and outsourcing / third-party risk management (TPRM) with a focus on control design, optimization, and automation. Your tasks will include designing and implementing non-financial risk frameworks, conducting emerging & top risk assessments, and shaping holistic NFR frameworks as well as operational resilience frameworks.

• Qualifications:
  • You have new ideas, an innovative spirit, and a strong will to solve problems in a structured way
  • You are interested in specializing in financial services, risk management, and regulatory topics and ideally have already gained some experience in this area
  • Completed studies (Bachelor, Master, MBA) in finance, economics, accounting, or another business-related field
  • You speak fluent German and English; French is an advantage
  • You are a team player with a flexible working style and enjoy working with diverse teams
  • You are ready to challenge us, act on your own initiative, and make an impact on our teams and clients from day one
