- You are responsible for the production of hot and cold dishes in the main operation as well as for 3 smaller outlets (Cook&Chill)
- You cook and actively assist at all stations and also take on the attractive menu planning
- With your organizational talent, you are responsible for planning events and catering
- By training and promoting your team, you actively steer its further development
- You are responsible for compliance with personnel and material costs
- You have completed a chef apprenticeship EFZ and preferably have further training as a head chef
- You bring experience in a large kitchen as well as in banquet and à la carte areas
- Business thinking and acting complete your profile
- Additionally, you have a clean and independent working style as well as good manners

In the Murmatt restaurant of the AAL in Lucerne, our host team with nine employees spoils up to 400 guests daily. The attractive, seasonal and fresh offer consists of four changing menus. In addition, the gastronomy includes a serviced restaurant and an area for large events where you can let your passion for cooking run free.
Usually, you work from Monday to Friday. For special events in the evening and on weekends, you are flexibly available.
